Difficult to use
Nice idea and some nice features but I agree with others that it is time consuming and cumbersome to use. Hopefully the designers will read these constructive criticisms and improve it.
Its designed for those to preprogram exercise routines prior to getting to the gym. That requires searching and adding exercises to a program. Then you have to edit it. Many exercises arent listed and have to be created like sit-ups. Programming is a lengthy process, especially since I change my workouts every time I step into the gym.
An easy fix would be to set basic program categories. They are already listed. Then when I want to work on cardio and legs for example, I can click on cardio title and view the available exercises. Then click on legs to view the corresponding exercises. Then record the categories. I would then know that I basically worked on cardio and legs on that day.
Information should then be stored on calendar and or notes so I can see my entire workouts consolidated. I have many other routines outside of the gym. If I did strength training in the gym, Im likely to do cardio outside of the gym the following day.
