This is exactly what I was looking for in an app to track my workouts and my measurements. As far as I know its the only one of its kind.

Ive used a couple, tried several, and this is by far the best fitness tracking app you can purchase. You can easily create routines or find them and download them straight to the app. Modifications are incredibly easy. I love that the timer function for rests automatically begin after completing a set. The app is super clean and very user friendly. I have never been so pleased with an app for weight training. It is literally a joy to use. I would like to see an iCloud or Dropbox option for backup and restoring separate from the iPhone backup, but this is a minor thing. Great app from this developer. Youll be pleased with it.
This is a great app for recording workouts and reviewing stats. Entering weights with keypad could be smoother, and Apple Health integration would be nice. Then Id give it a 5. Thanks for making a well done app!
This is my favorite gym app and I have tried them all. (Just about literally.) Really happy to see an update this week. I was afraid that development had stopped on this app and I was exploring other options. Hope to see more features soon!
Wonderful app, does everything I needed it to do and more.
This app is the only one of it’s kind from what I can tell; it’s better than any other app that requires some annoying subscription to an online community, but I really wish they would make a few updates. It seems to be geared toward people who are obsessed with fitness, rather than than just a non-chalant user; it requires too much time to input workouts. For starters, there should be a settings menu where users can do things like turn off the “rest” menu, so if you don’t want to plan your workout to that level of detail, you don’t have to be bothered by that pop up menu every time you put a new exercise in. You should also be able to put in a workout NOT in real time in an easier way. So after you’re back from the gym, you can just put it in there from what you remember. And most importantly, you really should be able to choose from recent exercises when you do a workout without a program. Eventually, it’d be great if they could get it to upload to iOS 8’s health app. I’m gonna stick with it, and hope the programmer reads this :D. Anyway, it’s great if you want a way to keep long term track of ANY exercise, and it’s a good replacement to keeping a fitness notebook.
I had an issue understanding how to edit a Program Template and support helped me figure it out in 1 day. Very quick response. App works very well. The ToDo list feature is awesome. The exercise list is comprehensive and can be added to if needed. Just the App I was searching for.
No Apple Watch version yet. This app was the best available for workouts, however its falling behind since it doesnt have an Apple Watch version. Please developer update the app, Ill be happy to update my review. ----------- This is the best workout app in the App Store. Period. The only request for the developer is include the missing images for some exercises, since there are images for 80% of the exercises. Ill be happy to update my rating to 5 stars if you include images in all exercises.
If you’ve already got a regular routine and you want to track it in this app, it’ll take you a long time to add all of your stuff into this app. I’ve had it crash on me twice now, and although it’s pretty, the amount of clicking and moving around that is needed to do basic functions (like logging how many reps) is annoying. To pick a number of reps, you must either slide a bar to the left/right to choose a number from 1 to 20, or click a button [every time you go to this screen] to get a keypad, then hit backspace to clear our the previous number, then enter your number, then click out of that box. Pretty to look at, really rough to use.
Customize your gym exercises. Supports super sets and custom exercises. It also tracks the most/least exercised muscles. A must-have. Just wished they had an Apple Watch app too...
Easy and intuitive. Drop sets, super sets, very customizable. Share programs with others as well. Know what you work out the most and least. Cant wait for a watch companion app!
I love this app!! Most apps Ive downloaded are more for tracking stuff after you finish. Ive been searching for an app that would let me add my workout program ahead of time and take it to the gym with me and have everything programmed in so I could just check off as I go. Its really easy to use and waaay less clicking that the only other app I tried that was even similar. I just have to click off each rep as I go and it counts down the rests in between exercises automatically. Building in supersets took a minute to figure out, but works great! This even lets you update your programs after each workout (so you start the next workout where you left off) and then tracks your progress over time. The exercise database seems pretty comprehensive and lets you add new ones easily. Theres always room for improvement (a little tedious to navigate the history section, and would love to be able to change the program on the fly since Ive been outgrowing some easier exercises and subbing in more challenging ones as I go) but so far Im loving this and have gotten my sister on board and easily shared my programs with her so we can be following the same routines (albeit from afar) that she was easily able to upload into her app. Oh and when I emailed a question to the developer, he responded same day! Great customer service.
I really like this app. Its motivated me to actually use the gym. I would like to see a minor tweak. When starting a workout from a program have the option to use last workout. Sometimes I tweak the weights while in the workout. These dont get reflected on my next workout. So I am constantly needing to update the program. Second. I would pay for this!! Create an Watch companion app where I could choose my workout, send it to the phone, have the phone coach me, record my sets, have the timers, etc. then I could leave my phone and be FREE to actually workout. Right now its cumbersome to work out with my 6plus on my arm, trying to hit start timers, etc. some times you tap the wrong thing. That means time wasted fixing the wrong taps. Please consider adding Watch support.
Ive been using this app for more than six months. It is by far the best tracking method for the gym Ive found. Great.
I hope you guys continue to update this app and come out with an iPad since this is really good app
This app is a great idea and I got it because it works with Healthkit, but it is very to use. Ive got a program that I follow was impossible to input I also did not like the programs that they offered for download
Nice idea and some nice features but I agree with others that it is time consuming and cumbersome to use. Hopefully the designers will read these constructive criticisms and improve it. Its designed for those to preprogram exercise routines prior to getting to the gym. That requires searching and adding exercises to a program. Then you have to edit it. Many exercises arent listed and have to be created like sit-ups. Programming is a lengthy process, especially since I change my workouts every time I step into the gym. An easy fix would be to set basic program categories. They are already listed. Then when I want to work on cardio and legs for example, I can click on cardio title and view the available exercises. Then click on legs to view the corresponding exercises. Then record the categories. I would then know that I basically worked on cardio and legs on that day. Information should then be stored on calendar and or notes so I can see my entire workouts consolidated. I have many other routines outside of the gym. If I did strength training in the gym, Im likely to do cardio outside of the gym the following day.
